Block Party	Meet your neighbours at an event with options for free food, street barricades, sports equipment, etc.
Play Street	Block your street so people can play games, borrow sports equipment, etc.

The following FREE resources are available for both block parties and play streets:

• Permit to block your street
• Barricades and signs to block the street
• Bags containing sports equipment
• Permit to use a fire pit
• Ideas for games and youth engagement
• One-stop pickup at St. Albert Food Bank

For block parties only, Neighbourhood Watch and Citizen's Patrol offer free food to party organizers, if they distribute crime prevention flyers with their block party invitations.
